BLOOM invites you into a tender, powerful space of emergence. This is a day to gently root into our support systems, release what we don’t need and find the space to begin to BLOOM.
Guided by the wisdom of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, BLOOM is for women who feel the call to slow down and step into the fullness of who they are becoming. Through grounding movement, intentional breath, sacred circle, and the deep resonance of sound healing, we will honour the natural rhythm of inner transformation.
Whether you’re in a season of change, renewal, or simply seeking stillness, BLOOM is your invitation to meet yourself, and what could potentiate next.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our retreat weaves together practices designed to awaken your inner spring:
• Grounding yoga + breathwork rooted in the energy of the Lung + Large Intestine meridians
• Seasonal guided journaling to explore your personal unfolding
• Yin Yoga to enhance energy flow of the Lung + Large intestine Meridians.
• Sound healing to support nervous system restoration and inner integration
• A nourishing, seasonal lunch and herbal tea (all dietary needs welcome)
Held in a warm, welcoming circle, you’ll be supported to move at your own pace and connect with like-hearted humans.

Attendee Cancellation Policy
SOL MOVES values connection and a personal experience for all attendees. As such retreat is limited to a maximum of 18 guests.
Sol Moves will not offer full refunds. However, should you or the company find someone to replace your spot a full or partial refund may be possible.
The cancellation schedule is below:
• Cancelling 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
• Cancelling 14+ day out, a partial refund may be available, minus booking fees.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely the retreat is cancelled, your ticket will be transferred to a rescheduled date. If the date does not align, you can request a full refund.

Event: One-Day Yoga Retreat by Sol Moves
I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in yoga activities involves physical movement and inherent risks.
I assume full responsibility for my well-being during the retreat.
Health and Fitness:
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation.
I will inform the instructor of any limitations or existing health issues before the session.
Release of Liability:
I release Sol Moves, its instructors, and associated personnel from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages.
I understand that this waiver is binding and applies to all retreat activities.
Voluntary Participation:
I participate voluntarily and willingly, fully aware of the risks involved.
I agree to follow instructions provided by the retreat organizers.
By signing up for the retreat and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release of liability.
