This intimate winter yoga retreat is an invitation to slow down, press pause on the noise of daily life and reconnect with the rhythm of nature which offers profound wisdom.
As the season turns inward, so do we.
Flowers are not meant to bloom all year. Animals instinctively slow down. Even the sun rises and falls in a rhythmic dance. When we honour these cycles within ourselves, we soften into our fullest potential.
Cocoon is a one-day women’s wellness retreat designed to help you on the path to deep listening. Through grounding movement, breath-work, journaling, community and rest, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply held.

Attendee Cancellation Policy
SOL MOVES values connection and a personal experience for all attendees. As such retreat is limited to a maximum of 18 guests.
Sol Moves will not offer full refunds. However, should you or the company find someone to replace your spot a full or partial refund may be possible.
The cancellation schedule is below:
• Cancelling 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
• Cancelling 14+ day out, a partial refund may be available, minus booking fees.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely the retreat is cancelled, your ticket will be transferred to a rescheduled date. If the date does not align, you can request a full refund.

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in yoga activities involves physical movement and inherent risks.
I assume full responsibility for my well-being during the retreat.
Health and Fitness:
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation.
I will inform the instructor of any limitations or existing health issues before the session.
Release of Liability:
I release Sol Moves, its instructors, and associated personnel from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages.
I understand that this waiver is binding and applies to all retreat activities.
Voluntary Participation:
I participate voluntarily and willingly, fully aware of the risks involved.
I agree to follow instructions provided by the retreat organizers.
By signing up for the retreat and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release of liability.
