A casual, small-group class in the park that has been designed for postnatal bodies, carried out in the sunshine, with little ones right beside you. No studio. No pressure. Just good movement and good company as you meet local mums in the same chapter as you.

What We Focus On
Post Natal Pilates is more than just core activation, while that is definitely something we will focus on. What we will focus on is THE WHOLE BODY CONVERSATION starting with your breath, and rebuilding awareness from the inside out.
CORE ACTIVATION
Reconnecting to your deep abdominals and pelvic floor
POSTURE + STRENGTH
Addressing upper back, shoulders, neck and hips which carry more load with feeding / carrying + lifting
NERVOUS SYSTEM CARE
Breath work woven into every class. Your babies nervous system is an extension of your own.
DEVOTED TIME IN NATURE
Fresh air, soft grass and lots of trees. You can take up as much room as you need with your baby beside you.
SMALL GROUP SETTING
Maximum of 9 Mums, so that it feels personal + you can make meaningful connections.
Pricing
$80 for a 5 week term (1 week free)
My recommendation. We work progressively over five weeks, each class building on the one before — which is exactly how Pilates is meant to be done. Beyond the physical, there's something grounding about having a consistent anchor in your week and an incentive to get out of the house when you are post partum.
The free class exists because I know babies need something different each day. This way you can miss a week without the guilt.
