Meet your hosts

  • Brianna has always been fascinated by the potential of the human body for strength and grace. Her love of movement started with dance at a young age, and she later discovered yoga as a way to complement her dance training and cope with the rigorous demands of the industry. Her first yoga teacher inspired her with the philosophy of “Come As You Are” and taught her how to cultivate compassion and wholeness. This sparked her curiosity to explore other movement modalities, each becoming a pathway for connection and creativity.

    Brianna draws from her background in yoga, dance, pilates and barre to create unique and playful classes that suit individual anatomies. She encourages safe and efficient movement to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice that brings joy and celebrates the complexities of being human.

  • Michelle is the founder and Clinic Director of Ova Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, she is a registered Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner, Yoga Facilitator and QiGong Practitioner. Michelle holds a wealth of knowledge from East Asian practices and harnesses the wisdom of these practices to support women through every phase of life. Michelle practices and teaches QiGong from the lineage of the Five Immortals School in WuDang, China, and teaches vinyasa, slow flow and yin yoga. She is passionate about sharing practical, easy to implement and accessible lifestyle practices to support her community to live with a greater sense of ease and flow. She is an advocate for women’s health and supports people from puberty all the way to menopause in her clinical practice. She also hosts The Periodical Pod, a top-rating women’s health podcast that provides zero-cost women’s health education.

The Main Farm House

Enjoy one of four private bedrooms. Each room offers direct access to a welcoming lounge, adorned with large glass windows that frame the picturesque rural landscape. Step outside onto the sweeping verandas and straight into the magnesium pool.

Located in a separate building just a short walk from the main house, The Garden Rooms are an oasis for those wanting a self contained and private space. Four identical bedrooms surrounded by lush gardens each with its own entrance, double bed, ensuite, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Plus a deck to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

The Cabins

The perfect accommodation for those wanting a private escape, ideally shared with a friend. There are 3 individual cabins, set away from the main house, each with 2 bedrooms and are equipped with a spacious bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge with a private balcony.

To confirm your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is to be made via the links above.
Full payment is due by 21 July 2025 via bank transfer.

Any cancellations made before July 1 will receive a full refund minus the deposit.Any cancellations made from July 21 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Any cancellations made from August 7 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wybalena is located in the Northern NSW region - approximately a 45min drive from Ballina Airport and 2hr drive from Brisbane. If you are needing transport to the venue from Ballina, please lt us know and we can assist you to arrange a shuttle for your arrival.

  • Tash, Tom and their amazing team from Burbury Whole Foods will be feeding you at your retreat! They are passionate about supporting a sustainable and regenerative food industry and inspiring people to create a more meaningful connection with their food. They do this through prioritising organic and local, connecting with their farmers and sharing recipes and wisdom.

    You can expect a wholefood diet including eggs, dairy and some animal protein.

    We can accomodate ALL dietary requirements, nothing is impossible. So please get in touch with how we can best nourish you during your stay.

  • This is not a detox retreat. We want you to enjoy all the little luxuries that fill up your cup (pun intended. Coffee will be provided.

  • Essentially, we have tiered the rooms based on 1. Are you sharing. 2. Is there an ensuite? 3. Are ou in your own space or attached to the main house.

  • Before the retreat, we’ll send you a full list of what to pack. At a minimum, include a swimsuit, sunscreen, a hat, walking shoes, a journal, a reusable water bottle, and comfortable clothes to move your beautiful body

  • Once you step foot onto the property, there will be no additional costs. All accommodation, meals and activities are included in the price. You will have the opportunity to add on 1:1 treatments such as a TCM consult which can be paid before, during or after retreat. You are responsible for getting to and from retreat.
